Chronic Kidney Disease
Studies demonstrate that gum disease can induce a systemic (general) inflammatory response and is associated with cardiovascular risk factors.1 There is also evidence that inflammation and heart disease are common in the chronic kidney disease population.
Research is being conducted to investigate the relationship of gum disease and heart disease in the chronic kidney disease population.
We currently are not enrolling participants for any studies involving this health condition. Please check back frequently as we are always adding new research studies. Please feel free to schedule an appointment for a general screening to be added to our registry, so we can contact you when you may be eligible for a study.
